What countries do you ship to?

We ship to certain countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan Region, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, Philippines, New Zealand and the 54 states of the United States.

Countries that we ship to in the EU are: Albania, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Dublin), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Greenland, Gibraltar.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military bases or outermost regions of the EU (i.e. Guyana, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Canaries, Acores and Madera) nor to Puerto-Rico.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be delivered within 10-35 working days (this varies by product and public holidays).

Please allow 2-10 working days for us to process your order.

Disclaimer: Please note that when purchasing out of stock items, delivery may take longer than usual.

Your signature may be required upon delivery. You can check the status of your delivery on the website of the transporter using the tracking number provided to you.

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, refunds will not be issued for delays unless the package is officially declared lost after a formal investigation. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please verify that the shipping address provided is accurate and reach out to your local postal service for assistance.

Do I have to pay for customs?

It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What if I entered the wrong address?

You will be able to edit the address either through your order page or you can email us and we can update it for you. However, once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the address.
