Custom Orders

How do I place an order?

Inkyo opens up a waiting list on the first week of each month. However, if a customer comes after the first week, they can hold their place for the next month. Note, there is a limited amount of space for each month. 

Is there a charging fee on my order?

There is a charging fee or deposit of 10% of the original price to hold your place in the waiting line.

 

Can I cancel my order anytime?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of confirming your order. After 14 days, you would not be able to cancel. When canceled, your deposit would be refunded.  

 

How long would it take for my custom order to be completed?

This is a first come first served service, so each customer would be assigned a number according to the length of the waiting line.

The average turnaround time for each order can span between 8-14 days (excluding weekends), however this is dependant on complexity of design. Custom skateboards may take longer. This does not include delivery times.

 

Returns

I want to return or exchange my purchase. What do I do?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final as they are custom made. 

 

Shipping & Payments

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order is usually shipped when it is completed. This can vary depending on the product, complexity of design and drying time. 

 

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to any valid address. You can find the list of countries here. Please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What payments do you accept? 

We currently accept debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We currently do not accept Paypal.

 

How long do I have to wait to receive my packages?

Delivery time varies depending on where you live and your place in waiting line. Holiday seasons can also affect delivery times as well.

 

I won’t be home to collect my order. What do I do?

If you are unable to collect your order please refer to your local courier. They would be able to assist with your needs.

 

My order is delayed or has not arrived. What do I do?

If you order is delayed or has not arrived, please check your delivery details and contact your local courier.
