Which countries or regions do you ship to?
We ship to certain countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan Region, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Mexico, Philippines, New Zealand and the 50 states of the United States (excluding military zones and PO Boxes).
Countries that we ship to in the EU are: Albania, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Dublin), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Greenland, Gibraltar.
Please note that we do not deliver to outermost regions of the EU (i.e. Guyana, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Canaries, Acores and Madera) nor to Puerto-Rico.

What are your delivery methods?
We aim to use major local couriers for delivery.
How much are the delivery fees?
Delivery is free on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be delivered within 10-35 working days.
Please allow 2-7 working days for us to process your order.
Your signature may be required upon delivery. You can check the status of your delivery with the tracking number provided to you.
Delivery time may be extended if additional information are required to finalise the order. In addition, your purchase may be held by customs and it is the customers responsibility to pay customs.
Processing and shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, flight availability, staff shortages, and temporary closures.
While we aim to provide efficient shipping services, there will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
Inkyo shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Where can I find my order tracking number?
You can find your tracking number by using the link provided in the email confirming it is in transit.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided in the checkout.
What do I do if I'm not going to be in?
The courier would normally send you an email notifying that your package is out for delivery. If you will not be in, contact the courier to arrange a redelivery at a time convenient to you. Depending on the courier, they may require a signature on delivery.
Empty parcel or missing item(s)
Please contact us at contact@itsinkyo.com with pictures of the package. If you accept a package without opening it or raising any issues within 3 days of receiving, the receipt is considered to be in order and cannot be appealed.
How can I change my delivery address?
We can not modify a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. However, before the order is dispatched you can cancel it.
Customs
IMPORT CHARGES:
Please note that the customers are responsible for paying any custom duties or taxes according to their countries rules and regulations.
We would not be held responsible for the delay of your order when passing through customs.
In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility for payment of redelivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military bases.
