Which countries or regions do you ship to?
We ship to certain countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan Region, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Mexico, Philippines, New Zealand and the 54 states of the United States.
Countries that we ship to in the EU are: Albania, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Dublin), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Greenland, Gibraltar.
Please note that we do not deliver to outermost regions of the EU (i.e. Guyana, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Canaries, Acores and Madera) nor to Puerto-Rico.

How much are the delivery fees?
Delivery is free for countries we currently ship to.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be delivered within 10-35 working days (this varies by product and public holidays).
Please allow 2-10 working days for us to process your order.
Disclaimer: Please note that when purchasing out of stock items, depending on the availability and restock, delivery may take longer than usual. Please be on a look out for any confirmation email.
Your signature may be required upon delivery. You can check the status of your delivery on the website of the transporter using the tracking number provided to you.
This time may be extended if additional documents are required to finalise the order. In addition, your purchase may be held by customs and it is the customers responsibility to pay customs.
Where can I find my order tracking number?
You can find your tracking number by using the link provided in the email confirming it is in transit.

Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the address entered during checkout. The courier would normally send you an email notifying that your package is out for delivery.
Depending on the courier, they may require a signature on delivery to the address you provided.
I've missed my delivery. What should I do?
Normally, and depending on the courier, couriers will leave a note and attempt a 2nd delivery. If missed again, contact your courier to view your options.
Empty parcel or missing item
If a parcel or item is missing, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service using the Contact Us page or email us on:

However, if a customer accepts a package without opening it or raising any issues within 14 days, the receipt is considered to be in order and cannot be appealed.
How can I change my delivery address?
Make sure you entered the correct address during checkout as we can not modify a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
If you need to change the address, contact us before the order is dispatched.
Customs
IMPORT CHARGES:
Please note that the customers are responsible for paying any custom duties or taxes according to their countries rules and regulations.
We would not be held responsible for the delay of your order when passing through customs.
In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility for payment of redelivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military bases.
