How long do I have to wait for custom orders?

When buying custom orders, please allow for a minimum of 2 months for your item to be completed. We will send you an email to let you know when it has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Before your item is dispatched you can cancel your order by using the link sent to you in your order confirmation email or by email. After this time, it is not possible to cancel it and your order will be sent.

Disclaimer: Please be aware for custom orders, there would be a cancellation fee of 8% of the original price. If the order has been started, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you will be able to return the order. Please go the returns section of the FAQ for the return process.

How do I return my order?

Can items under the special orders or are custom bought be returned or exchanged?

Please note that any items that are custom made can not be returned or exchanged. This is because of the nature of the the item being specifically made for a customer.

Items bought under the special order can be exchanged or returned but please be aware that it is the customers repsonsibilty to bear the shipping costs to return or exchange. Please refer to the the Returns policy.

I didn't get a confirmation email, what do I do?

Please write to our Customer Service in the Contact Us section of the FAQ with your full name and order number (if you have it).

Which methods of payments do you accept?

Methods of payment accepted are: credit card, debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Maestro), and Paypal.

We also accept: Discover, Diners Club and Shop Pay.

All payment methods are debited immediately. 

Which countries or regions do you ship to?

We ship to certain countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan Region, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Mexico, Philippines, New Zealand and the 54 states of the United States.

Countries that we ship to in the EU are: Albania, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Dublin), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Greenland, Gibraltar.

Please note that we do not deliver to outermost regions of the EU (i.e. Guyana, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Canaries, Acores and Madera) nor to Puerto-Rico.

How long does delivery take?

Your order will be delivered via DHL within 10-50 working days (this varies by product and public holidays).

Disclaimer: Please note that when purchasing out of stock items, delivery may take longer than usual.

Your signature may be required upon delivery. You can check the status of your delivery on the website of the transporter using the tracking number provided to you.

This time may be extended if additional documents are required to finalise the order. In addition, your purchase may be held by customs and it is the customers responsibility to pay customs.

Where can I find my order tracking number?

You can find your tracking number by using the link in your order confirmation email.
